Germantown wins 2018 TN State 7s Rugby title
What a great Saturday for Germantown Rugby Club getting our 2nd TN State title in 2018!!! Germantown went 5-0 beating South Doyle, Sumner County, Fr. Ryan, PCA and finished off arch rival Ravenwood 28-15 in the final.
Max Pleban was named tournament MVP.

Germantown ranked #43 in nation by Goff Rugby report
After a successful 2018 spring campaign playing high caliber competition: #33 single school Jesuit LA, #36 Brother Martin LA, and beating formerly ranked Top 50 club Little Rock and #33 club Harpeth Harlequins in the TN State Championship, Germantown has cracked the Top 50 club rankings at #43.
Germantown will build on this momentum and play more nationally ranked teams in the spring pf 2019 will enter the High School National Championships in May 2019.
Germantown WINS 2018 TN Boys State Championship and Girls BOWL Championship
Germantown Rugby Club represented #901Rugby with STRONG PERFORMANCES at the 2018 TN State Rugby Championships at MTSU. The high school boys won their 1st TN State Championship title and beat 2x defending champion and nationally ranked #33 Harpeth Harlequins 24-20.
The Girls put on a full throttle offensive performance and beat the Spring Hill Lady Raiders 63-5 to win the Girls Bowl Championship.
Mustang Middle seeking their 5th consecutive TN state title fell to very physical Woodland Warriors squad 24-12
